Candidate Terms of Service — Hire-1-1

Effective Date: April 28, 2026

These Candidate Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to candidates who submit information to Hire-1-1 or participate in Hire-1-1’s recruiting, sourcing, job-matching, or hiring coordination services.

1. No Guarantee of Employment

Hire-1-1 does not guarantee:

  • Job placement

  • Interviews

  • Job offers

  • Specific wages

  • Specific schedules

  • Continued employment

  • Employer suitability

  • Response from employers

Any hiring decision is made solely by the employer.

2. Candidate Information

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge.

You are responsible for promptly updating Hire-1-1 if your license status, availability, contact information, pay expectations, or work eligibility changes.

3. License and Certification Information

If you provide license or certification information, you authorize Hire-1-1 to review, reference, or share that information with potential employers.

You understand that employers may independently verify your license, certifications, background, references, and qualifications.

4. AI Review and Processing

You understand and agree that Hire-1-1 may use AI-assisted tools, automation, software, or third-party systems to review, scan, organize, summarize, or process your application materials, resume, form answers, communications, license information, and candidate profile.

AI-assisted tools may help create candidate summaries, match skills to job opportunities, or support internal review. AI output may contain errors and does not guarantee employment.

5. Consent to Share Information with Employers

By submitting your information, you authorize Hire-1-1 to share relevant candidate information with prospective employers, including:

  • Name

  • Contact information

  • License information

  • Experience

  • Skills

  • Availability

  • Pay expectations

  • Resume or submitted materials

  • Candidate summaries

Hire-1-1 may contact you before submitting your information to a specific employer when practical, but you understand that the service involves sharing candidate information for job opportunities.

6. No Fees Charged to Candidates

Hire-1-1 does not charge candidates placement fees for job opportunities.

7. Communication Consent

By submitting your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from Hire-1-1 regarding job opportunities, hiring coordination, interviews, and related services.

8. Candidate Conduct

You agree to communicate professionally and honestly with Hire-1-1 and prospective employers.

You understand that failure to attend scheduled interviews, misrepresenting qualifications, providing false information, or engaging in inappropriate conduct may result in removal from consideration for future opportunities.

9. Background Checks and Employer Screening

Hire-1-1 does not conduct criminal background checks, reference checks, drug testing, employment verification, or other formal screening unless separately stated in writing.

Employers are solely responsible for conducting any lawful screening required for employment. In California, employers generally may not ask about criminal history before a conditional offer when the Fair Chance Act applies.

10. No Employment Relationship with Hire-1-1

Hire-1-1 is not your employer. Hire-1-1 does not control your work, wages, schedule, duties, workplace, benefits, taxes, or employment relationship with any employer.

11. No Legal, Career, Financial, or Employment Advice

Hire-1-1 may provide general job-search support, but does not provide legal, financial, tax, or career guarantees. You should make your own decisions regarding employment opportunities.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hire-1-1 is not liable for:

  • Employer decisions

  • Failure to receive interviews or offers

  • Wage disputes

  • Workplace conditions

  • Termination

  • Employer misconduct

  • Candidate reliance on job information provided by employers

  • Errors or omissions in AI-generated summaries or employer-provided job details

13. Disputes

Any dispute relating to these Terms or Hire-1-1’s services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Venue shall be in the county where Hire-1-1 is located, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Changes to Terms

Hire-1-1 may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
